Returns Policy

All products purchased are not returnable. We do not accept return of products shipped.

Shipping

We are currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore and other countries in Asia. For oversea countries, Kindly send us an email (info@doublebean.com.my) if you are interested in buying our products as we need to check with courier service agent to pre-alert the Customs at destination country before we send the parcel. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We send all goods by courier services in Malaysia, all goods is estimated to arrive wihtin 3 – 5 working days for address in Malaysia. It takes about 7 – 10 days to deliver the goods to other countries.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilograms.
